Charles "Chuck" Shewen

Born and raised in the Yukon Territory, Chuck grew up with a great appreciation for wildlife and the outdoors. Growing up in the wilderness of the Yukon helped shape Chuck's future educational plans for a career in the outdoor industry.
Chuck earned a Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Lethbridge with a concentration in Biology and Wildlife Management studies. After graduation, Chuck worked as a Park Warden for Jasper National Park. His work included monitoring back country activities, developing conservation projects and wildlife resources.
After leaving the Park Service, Chuck obtained his Assistant Guide License and has been guiding big game hunting in British Columbia for the past eight years. Currently, Chuck is one of the owners and holds the Guide Outfitters License for Kootenay Outfitters in Radium Hot Springs, British Columbia.

Neil was born and raised in Harrisonburg, Virginia and now resides in Reno, Nevada with his wife Michelle and their two children, Carter and Chase.
Neil earned his Associates Degree from Ferrum College and his Bachelors of Science degree from James Madison University. Since graduating, Neil has run several small businesses concentrating on sales and customer service.
With thirty years of hunting experience all over North America, Neil has an extensive big game hunting background. Neil's hands-on knowledge of hunting provides Kootenay Outfitters' clients assurance of booking a big game adventure with someone who has been there: a true hunter.
As an Owner and Agent for Kootenay Outfitters, Neil handles booking clients and taking care of all paperwork including assistance in making client travel plans, proper government forms and contracts.
